		<description>Pretty much wherever you get food from will have some type of basic grilled chicken or turkey or whatever type option that&#039;s almost always not that bad, just watch out for the dressings and sauces and whatnot and skip the fries/chips. It&#039;s not easy but it can be done.</description>
